1. TECHNICAL SUPPORT

The Technical Department is at your disposal for technical advice, information, clarifications and explanations with regards to the installation or the maintenance of your wooden floor.

2. TECHNICAL LIBRARY

For further information about the floor coverings offered by RELIABLE MATERIAL, please visit the Technical Library section, where you will find detailed, technical information for the products that you are interested in.

3. RELIABLE MATERIAL EDUCATION CENTER

Since April 2007 the RELIABLE MATERIAL Education Center has come into effect, carrying out seminars both for the sales force of our partners and for the installers. These seminars are taking place in Thessaloniki with a frequency that is specified according to the number of participations. The aim of the seminars is not only to educate the sales people and the installers on the new technology of prefinished parquets, but also, to turn new people into specialized installers. 4. MARKETING SUPPORT

The Marketing Department concentrates in the establishment of the RELIABLE MATERIAL brand, through a series of media advertising and a valuable communication with the public through the participations in exhibitions both in Greece and in the foreign countries that the company is present.

RELMAT supports its partners by participating with them in such activities.

5. STOCK AVAILABILITY VIEWING SYSTEM - REAL VIEW

RELIABLE MATERIAL has implemented the REAL VIEW system, according to which, all of its authorized partners can be informed about the available products (stock) at real time. This is realized through the main website and particularly in the members area, where one can insert the username and password in order to get immediately connected with the warehouse and check the available stock. The system works real time and shows the quantities available at that particular moment. A useful and innovative service, provided free of charge to all RELIABLE MATERIAL partners.

6. MISCELLANEOUS

IMMEDIATE DELIVERIES
RELMAT works on a prompt merchandise basis, thus offering its products immediately after order. In cases with excessive work- load, the delivery is done next day. *
QUALITY CONTROL
The procedure of quality control is being performed continuously in RELIABLE MATERIAL. It starts when the products are in the production phase, then before they are loaded and finally, when they enter our premises. Random checks can also being made, before the products depart for the customer.

* Exceptions are possible in the cases where due to exogenous reasons (lack of raw material, delays in the production, delays during the transportation etc) the product is out of stock.
