Important Notice - Please Read Carefully

1. Solid and Multilayer floors are made from real wood. Because wood is a natural material, every piece of RELMAT flooring will have a unique appearance, often with naturally-occurring variations in color, texture and grain pattern. Samples and photographic reproductions can give an example of the product's appearance but they may not be representative of the full range of color, texture and grain variations which can occur in the product itself. The images on this website are provided for reference only and should not be used as the sole basis for choosing a particular style of flooring.

2. Prior to installing RELMAT flooring, customers should examine the product carefully to ensure it meets their expectations for appearance and quality. Flooring that has been installed will be deemed to have been inspected and accepted by the customer.

3. Wood floors will naturally undergo a change in color when exposed to the ambient light. This is a typical feature of natural wood and it does not constitute a defect. The effect of the light will vary by species.

4. As the RELMAT collection is constantly being improved and expanded, product availability and specifications (colors, dimensions etc.) are subject to change without notice. Customers are advised to confirm all product specifications with their RELMAT dealer prior to purchase.

5. It is recommended that all installations of RELMAT products be performed by qualified professional hardwood flooring installers and only with the use of the suggested accessories from RELMAT. If this is not followed, it will be deemed that the customer has undertaken the responsibility for the installation.

6. Only styles of flooring specifically approved by RELMAT for use over underfloor heating should be installed over radiant heat systems, and the installation must conform to RELMAT's "Technical Instructions for Underfloor Heating".

7. Wood reacts to changes in the environment. Suitable attention must therefore be paid to the climate in the interior. A relative humidity between 40% and 60% and a temperature between 15°C and 24°C is the perfect climate for your floor.
